Which areas do you cover?
We work from three offices: Hull and East Riding on 01482 961 240, Scunthorpe and North Lincolnshire on 01724 514 178, and Lincoln and the surrounding villages on 01522 458 144. Between them they cover 94 towns and villages across East Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire.
How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the covering, the access and what we find once the old covering is off. Anyone quoting over the phone without seeing the roof is guessing. The survey is free and the quote is itemised so you can compare it properly.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All roofing work carries a 10 year workmanship guarantee from RoofRite Roofing Ltd, company number 16093135, issued in writing at sign off. EPDM Firestone rubber flat roofs carry a 25 year guarantee.
Do you charge for a survey or a quote?
No. The survey and the written quote are free and there is no obligation. If the roof does not need the work, we will tell you that instead of quoting for it.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every job is carried out by our own directly employed roofers, which is the only way to keep the standard the same on every roof.
Do you do small repairs as well as full roofs?
Both. A slipped tile, a loose ridge or a leaking valley is still a job worth doing properly, and it is how most of our customers meet us.
Can you help with an insurance claim after storm damage?
Yes. We make the roof safe first, photograph the damage properly at roof level and provide the written scope insurers ask for. The claim itself stays between you and your insurer.
